How We Use It
We use your data to run the platform, process calls, manage billing, improve the product, provide support, and keep things secure. We send service-related notifications only — no marketing emails without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (Stripe, Telnyx, Deepgram, etc.), connected integrations you authorize, or when required by law.
Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Call recordings follow your plan settings and can be deleted anytime. Billing records are kept for 7 years per tax regulations.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use access controls, regular security reviews, and incident response procedures. No system is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
Your Rights
